Marketplace role
Property Markaz is an advertising and communication platform. We are not the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, broker, lawyer, surveyor, or financial adviser in a property transaction unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate identity, contact, price, location, availability, and property information.
- List only property you own or are authorized to advertise.
- Do not submit fraudulent, duplicate, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
- Independently check ownership, documents, approvals, taxes, boundaries, possession, and transaction terms before paying or signing anything.
Moderation
We may review, reject, restrict, suspend, archive, or remove listings and accounts to protect the marketplace or enforce these terms. Publication is not a guarantee that every statement is accurate.
Paid services
Listing slots, Hot placement, and physical-location verification are marketplace services, not promises of a sale, rental, lead volume, legal validity, or investment return. Price, duration, service area, activation, and refund information must be shown before payment.
Transactions and safety
Users transact directly and at their own risk. Do not transfer funds solely because a listing is published or displays a badge. Use appropriate legal and property professionals and verify the counterparty.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Property Markaz is not responsible for independent user conduct, transaction failure, hidden defects, document validity, price changes, or losses from relying on listing content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Account closure
You may request deletion from settings. Listings are removed publicly and deletion is scheduled after 30 days, subject to limited retention for fraud prevention, disputes, payments, and legal obligations.
Governing law and review
These terms are intended to operate under the laws of Pakistan. Venue, consumer, tax, refund, and dispute provisions must be confirmed by qualified Pakistani legal counsel before paid launch.
