Information we collect
- Account details including name, email, mobile number, account type, profile image, and authentication records.
- Listing information including descriptions, images, prices, addresses, map coordinates, and contact details.
- Marketplace activity including inquiries, saved properties, contact activity, reports, and review history.
- Technical information such as security hashes, browser data, referral source, and essential session cookies.
- Payment and service records when paid promotions, listing slots, or physical verification are purchased.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, review and publish listings, connect interested people with sellers, prevent abuse, provide support, deliver transactional emails, process paid services, and understand marketplace performance.
Public information
Published listing details, seller display information, and seller-selected location visibility may be public. Exact coordinates are not shown unless the seller explicitly chooses an exact public pin. Contact details may be revealed through marketplace contact controls.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers such as Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting; Resend for transactional email; and map-tile providers for location display. We may disclose information when required by law, to investigate fraud, or to protect users and the platform.
Retention and deletion
Active account and listing data is retained while the service is provided. Account deletion enters a 30-day closure period. We may retain limited security, transaction, dispute, and legal records where reasonably necessary or legally required. Deleted public listing images are removed as part of the deletion process.
Your choices
You can update account information, control public profile and map visibility, remove saved properties, archive listings, or request account deletion from account settings. For privacy requests, contact privacy@propertymarkaz.com.
Security and changes
We use access controls, row-level database security, restricted storage, review workflows, and abuse monitoring. No online service is completely risk-free. Material policy changes will be published here.
Legal review
This is a launch-stage policy draft and should be reviewed by qualified Pakistani legal counsel before paid services or large-scale public promotion begin.
