Listings are not public automatically. We check whether required information and images are present and whether content appears suitable. Publication does not prove ownership, seller authority, legal status, documents, price accuracy, or availability.
New badge
The New badge is automatic for a limited period after publication. It describes listing recency only.
Verified badge
Property Markaz verification confirms that our representative checked the property?s physical existence at the submitted location. It does not verify ownership, title documents, legal status, seller authority, boundaries, approvals, construction quality, price, or investment suitability.
Hot promotion
Hot is paid placement for a defined period. It can place a listing above normal listings, but does not indicate verification, popularity, quality, legal validity, or endorsement.
Availability and expiry
Published listings expire unless availability is reconfirmed. Sold, rented, archived, expired, rejected, or deleted listings leave the public marketplace. Relisted properties return to administrative review.
Prohibited listings
Fraudulent, duplicate, misleading, unauthorized, discriminatory, illegal, unavailable, or abusive listings and media used without permission are prohibited. Visitors can report concerns from each property page.
Disputes and corrections
We may request clarification, pause visibility during investigation, preserve relevant records, and remove badges or listings. Paying a fee does not prevent later suspension when information becomes inaccurate or a credible complaint is received.
Legal review
This wording avoids implying ownership or document verification. It remains a launch draft requiring qualified Pakistani legal review.
